Moments

Stone · Vapor · Ice · Fire

These are the moments men live and then search for on their own, late, with the phone tilted away. Each page names what happens in the moment, the story running underneath it, and the way back.

They are grouped by the state a man goes into when he is triggered. If you do not know yours yet, the assessment takes about three minutes and the read you get is personal to you.

Stonethe shut-down state

He goes quiet and heavy, pulls in, and a wall goes up.

Vaporthe people-pleasing state

He loses his own shape: reads the room, agrees, adjusts, fixes.

Icethe cold, superior state

He rises above the moment: analytical, dismissive, grading everyone.

Firethe exploding state

He heats up fast: the voice rises, the words sharpen.
