Retreats
Most men do their hardest thinking alone. In the car. At 2 AM. On the third beer.
A retreat is a set block of time where you don't have to. You sit with other men, you get out of your head and into your body, and you say the thing you've been carrying. That's it. No chanting, no chest-beating, no group hug you didn't ask for. Real men, real talk, and work that happens in the body, because that's where the stuck stuff lives.
CORE itself started at a weekend like this. A house full of men, most of them strangers to each other, and by Sunday nobody wanted it to end.

The Monthly Virtual Retreat
One Saturday morning a month. Three hours, on Zoom, from wherever you are.
We slow down and land in our bodies. Then we break into small rooms of three men, and every man gets time. Not a webinar. No one watches from the back row, because there is no back row.
You don't need any experience with this work. You need a quiet room, headphones, and a camera you're willing to turn on.
It's free. Bring a friend; any man who could use a morning like this is welcome.
Next retreat: Saturday 2026-08-01, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern.
Booking isn't open yet. It opens when the November date locks.
When you book, a calendar invite with the Zoom link lands in your inbox, and you'll get a reminder before we start.

The Men's Weekend
Once a year, in November, I host an in-person weekend at a house in New Jersey.
Two nights. Eight to twelve men. Shared meals, fires, and sessions where the work goes deeper than a screen allows. The first version of this weekend is where CORE was born: a house full of men who mostly didn't know each other, and by the end they were brothers.
Anyone is welcome. Most men come because a friend brought them. You don't need to know anyone, and you don't need to have done anything like this before.
$395 covers your room and your food for the whole weekend. That's the actual cost. I'm not making money on this weekend; I want the house full of the right men.
Why November: you head into the new year having already answered the question most men put off until it's too late in January.
Booking isn't open yet. It opens when the November date locks.
